Logging In

Access the portal with your rep credentials

• 3The discount applies on top of the company's B2B price — they stack multiplicatively
• 4All line totals and the cart total update instantly
• 5Tap Remove to clear the discount and hide the input

Common questions from sales reps

• Q
  Can I edit a quote after creating it?
  Not directly in the portal. Once a quote is created, it generates a draft order in Shopify. To make changes, ask your admin to edit the draft order in Shopify Admin, or create a new quote with updated items.
• Q
  Why can't I see any companies after logging in?
  Companies must be assigned to your rep account by an admin. If you see "No companies assigned," contact your admin to assign companies to your profile.
• Q
  What happens if a product goes out of stock after I create a quote?
  The checkout link remains valid, but the customer may see updated stock availability at checkout. If the product is completely unavailable, Shopify will notify them during the checkout process.

  How long is a quote valid?
  Quotes expire after 60 days by default. After that, the status changes to Expired and the checkout link is no longer active. Create a new quote if the customer still wants to order.

  Can I apply different discounts to different products in the same cart?
  The additional discount applies as a single percentage across all items in the cart. If you need different discounts per product, create separate quotes for each group of products.
• Q
  Why does the checkout total differ from the quote total?
  The quote shows the subtotal before taxes and shipping. At checkout, Shopify calculates the exact tax based on the shipping address and adds any applicable shipping charges.

  Can the customer pay with a purchase order (PO) number?
  Yes, if your store has B2B payment terms enabled. B2B customers may see options to pay by PO, net-30, or other terms configured by your admin in Shopify.

  How do I know when a customer completes their order?
  The quote status changes to Converted automatically and a Pending commission appears on your Commissions page. Once the customer pays, it updates to Confirmed. Check your quotes and commissions regularly.

Troubleshooting Issues

  I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
  On the login page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact your admin.

  The "Create Quote" button is disabled. What's wrong?
  This usually means your additional discount exceeds the maximum allowed for your account. Remove or reduce the discount percentage. If your cart is empty, add items first.
• Q
  I sent a quote but the customer says the email bounced.
  Check the quote detail page for a Bounced indicator. Verify the customer's email address is correct, then resend. You may also share the PDF directly via text or messaging apps.
• Q
  I see "Too many login attempts" — what do I do?
  For security, logins are rate-limited to 5 attempts per minute. Wait for the countdown timer to expire, then try again with the correct credentials. If you're locked out, use the password reset option.
