Committing writes to Shopify and cannot be undone — check everything first

  2. 2Confirm the action (Set / Add / Subtract) and quantities
  3. 3Click Commit Inventory Update
  4. 4Verify the result in Shopify admin → Products → Inventory
Commit inventory update?
Your inventory will be updated in Shopify. It can't be undone.
There is no undo for inventory writes. Undo only applies to SKU/barcode generation batches (covered next) — not to scans.

🔗Open Barcode Labels from the nav. Tabs: Templates · Generate SKUs · Generate Barcodes · Duplicates · History.
Section 4

Templates & Presets

Start from a label-stock preset — Dymo, Brother, Zebra, Avery — or a custom size

📄A new template starts with a minimal barcode + SKU layout you can edit in the designer. Custom sizes take width & height (mm) and DPI.

🖨Download PDF prints on any printer. Generate ZPL / Print drives thermal printers (Dymo, Brother, Zebra) directly — set up next.
Section 4

Printers & Calibration

Direct thermal printing uses QZ Tray, a small free helper on your computer

  1. 1Install QZ Tray on the computer connected to the printer
  2. 2On the Printers page, click Detect printers to register what's connected
  3. 3Calibrate: download the calibration sheet, print it at 100% (don't scale to fit), and measure the printed rectangle
  4. 4Enter the measured width, height, and offsets, then Save calibration
Calibration aligns the print so barcodes land crisp and scannable every time. No thermal printer? Download PDF and print on any printer instead.
